The Bradford-based group offers a broad range of catering equipment services and technical expertise is at the very heart of it.

More than 300 service engineers now work as part of the UK’s largest national foodservice equipment maintenance platform, with last year’s acquisition of Network Catering Engineers bringing further sector-specific capabilities to an operation that had previously been scaled through the takeovers of SCC and Flowrite.

Accolades from the likes of Greene King and McDonald’s underscore the importance of its role to large multisite operators.

Airedale Group’s own service division Airedale Technical Care recently went live with the Aeromark management platform, fully optimising the way in which it manages its maintenance service to customers.

The investment is part of a digital transformation that will improve responsiveness and track service levels, providing consistent, real-time information to customers.

It is also anticipated to increase first-time fix rates and reduce disruption by ensuring engineers with the right skills and parts attend calls.
