Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at our SaaS company, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with a passionate and diverse team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and showcase the value of our SaaS offerings. 

You will work closely with our established customers to create case studies, white papers and in turn digitize the positivity and benefits of our solution to multi-market sectors in order to generate further business and growth. Joining now will also mean that you will be able to spearhead a new innovative ground up IoT solution that is set to storm new markets. A fantastic opportunity to make the journey your own! 

Initially working with the Head of Business Development, you will create a marketing strategy for the SaaS business, deploy, manage and execute. Once the first stages of this delivery have been completed, you will work with the Head of New Product Development and build a marketing strategy for an innovative new groundbreaking product launch.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embodiment of the business, product, solution and culture and working with the Head of Sales and Product Development Managers, create the Marketing Strategy for the business. 
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads.
  • Create compelling and persuasive content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
  • Create Case Studies (copy and digital) with key hi profile existing customers and direct marketing through channels to increase enquiries and company visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Source and manage external agency resource as needed.
  • Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Organise and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Ideal Qualifications – However not essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Be competent in a design package (such as InDesign).
  • Highly competent in social media advertising, content creation and placement and promotion.
  • Highly proficient in website management ideally having launched / managed an e-commerce shop.
