Reporting to: Head of Technical Delivery

We are a leading software and electronics business based in Bedford looking for a full time Customer Services and Support Administrator who will be responsible for a multitude of different tasks, working a hybrid pattern split equally between the office and home working.

We are growing our team and you will play a very important role supporting the wider team and customers.  Typically you will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of data/record keeping
  • Stock management 
  • Purchasing
  • Triaging customer support tickets 
  • Set up of on-boarding and off-boarding customers
  • Customer License management

You will have :

  • 5 years solid administrative experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Meticulous record keeping/attention to detail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent organisational experience and time management

Desired:

  • Finance experience
  • 1st Line support experience

This exciting role involves supporting the management team delivering a high level of administrative support to the leadership team. If you enjoy variety and are really well organised then this could be the role for you.
