Did deploying vehicle tracking involve discussions with the workforce?
Yes, discussions were held with BSG department managers covering the reasons why vehicle tracking was necessary and the business benefits it would deliver. Following these successful discussions a memo was then sent to all of our drivers setting out the need for the deployment of vehicle tracking and both the benefits to be delivered to us and importantly, our clients.
