How the vehicle tracking system back-end works with the job management software.
Each file and each “job” has a handshake to confirm delivery/receipt has an agreed data content depending upon the requirements of the business process. The delivery is scheduled to cover both planned and reactive jobs.
Once confirmed within our vehicle tracking system they are allocated to best resource (based on business rules set within the system) delivered to the PDA and then the response from both the PDA and the vehicle tracking black box is collated on the Gantt chart (with GPS showing the true picture of activity).
