Once allocated the task information is sent to the Drivers PDA and an electronic ring is dynamically created around the task location, the vehicle tracking will automatically report when it has arrived or departed from that location (which changes the job colour on the gantt chart). This can then be compared to the Driver reported data and task management (which updates the job Icons). These vehicle tracking locations can be “named” so a vehicle will be shown as visiting a specific customer.
