Unallocated jobs, up the right side of the screen can be issued to “best” resource based on skills/parts/status etc.
GPS data, automatically collected from the vehicle without Driver input by vehicle tracking (including vehicle performance data from the can bus if required) provides location verification of the task data. This creates a total audit trail of task and location.
Unallocated tasks can be sent to best resource to ensure best optimisation.
Unallocated tasks can be prioritised by, for example, service level response time.
