Service Link based job despatch, management and reporting
In addition to vehicle tracking, jobs, from the enterprise job management system, are automatically sent to the designated engineer with full job, customer and location information. Workflow screens ensure the real-time delivery of job status data (via GPRS) which are viewed on the Engineer control screen.
Total audit trail of task status is delivered back to the Gantt chart with all completed PDA screens available to view from the chart (including signatures and photographs).
