Building and revising workflows with Service Link
Workflows are built from the web interface which puts customers in control of their business process and removes professional service charges. Workflows can then be integrated in context of the vehicle tracking data, to give a true ‘plan vs. actual’ picture.
Complex core task related workflow can include lookup of parts; product codes; SOR etc.
Simple forms based applications include Vehicle checks, accident reports, customer feedback forms. You build the forms for your individual business process.
Any device using Windows Mobile (5.0 upwards) can be used. The application is downloaded over the air which removes the need for hot staging.
