In addition to vehicle tracking, this is to manage job information, record activities and capture signatures (and photos if required) for proof of completion. The mobile application is configured to individual business processes. The mobile application supports both “offline” and “online” working, makes extensive use of drop down menus for speed and ease of use and utilises unique communications architecture to ensure that data is never lost and that jobs can be “pushed” in real time to ensure immediate response of mobile workers. A full audit trail for each job is provided with validation from the vehicle tracking data of the Driver input data. Our model allows for users to manage their own applications so any changes to screens or workflows are within your cost and control.
