The vehicle tracking system uses GPS (Global Positioning System) to accurately pinpoint the vehicle’s location. The system automatically records the arrival at and departure from a customer which automatically generates an “on-site” time without driver input. This vehicle tracking information is also over laid onto our “Planned Vs Actual” Web based Gantt chart and also on a choice of mapping systems (2D or 3D such as Virtual Earth) so that users can be visually tracked on screen. Full vehicle tracking reports on all KPI’s are available online or scheduled periodically.
